Non-stinging Parasitic Wasps - Harmless to man and animal. The only specific enemy to the fly which helps prevent adult fly emergence. They are effective in controlling house, garbage and biting stable flies. Number of wasps needed per month (on average):
- poultry and small animals - 1 per head;
- cattle, horses and swine in field lots - 500 per head;
- cattle, horses and swine in concentrated areas - 1000 per head.
Be prepared to double or triple the numbers when fly problems are severe and cut back when the parasites are established and maintaining a high degree of parasitism.
Most effective when implemented before fly season begins.
Will be drop-shipped from the company.
Should not be used while there is still a threat of freezing temperatures.
Wasps are non-returnable.
Note: The parasitic wasps sold above are sold according to the number of pupae. Each pupae produces approximately 7 wasps. Therefore when comparing prices, make sure you are comparing the number of pupae you are getting, not the number of wasps.
